How to Avoid Implicit Bias in the Hiring Process

We recently hosted over 50 charter school HR professionals here at the Charter Center, who came to learn from staff recruiting experts and share best practices during a full day conference. As a group, we considered how to ensure more inclusive work environments and avoid implicit bias in the hiring process. Participants came away with strategies and new tools to strengthen their recruitment efforts.
