Healing Circles (Circle) are the heart and structure of Healing Schools Projects work. Guided by skilled facilitators known as Circle Keepers, each Circle incorporates tailored practices, including mindfulness practices, writing exercises, and restorative conversations. Within these Circles, mental and emotional well-being become collective priorities amongst teachers, nurtured by empathy, belonging, and open dialogue.
