The Dignity for All Students Act is a New York State law that aims to provide a safe and supportive educational environment for all students, free from harassment, bullying, and discrimination. It was signed into law in 2010 and went into effect on July 1, 2012. Since 2012, there have been amendments to the Dignity Act.
