Our CPI Nonviolent Crisis Intervention & Verbal De-escalation training is being presented in a hybrid format. Participants will be required to complete an online module created by CPI before attending the classroom portion of this PD. Participation in both are required for Blue Card certification. Through training in CPI’s Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI), participants will develop prevention strategies for safely defusing anxious, hostile, or unsafe behavior at the earliest possible stage.
