This session will introduce the Leadership Development Framework, which defines the four pillars of leadership. The Leader as Visionary, Leader as Instructional Leader, Leader as Engager, and Leader as Collaborator. Each pillar is defined through criteria. Participants will delve into each criterion, identifying where they currently operate on the Continuum of Self-Reflection and refining how they articulate, communicate, and lead the vision in their schools.
